What you’re buying. All products are digital files that you download and, where noted, print for your own use. Nothing physical is shipped. Fillable (interactive) PDFs work best in a desktop PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some mobile apps and browsers may not support fillable fields.
Your license. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, single-user license. You may download, save and print it for your own personal use, or for personal family or classroom use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, give away, upload to a file-sharing site, or claim as your own any file or its designs, in whole or in part. You may not use our files or artwork in products you sell. All designs, artwork and content remain the intellectual property of Shweta Design Studio.
Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
Delivery. Your download is available immediately after payment is confirmed and is also emailed to you. If you have trouble accessing it, contact support@shwetadesignstudio.com.
Refunds. Because these are digital products, sales are final except in the cases described in our Refund Policy. Please read it before buying.
Not medical advice. Our products, including those for ADHD, focus, anxiety and wellbeing, are organizational and educational tools. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Please consult a licensed professional about any health concern.
Accuracy. We do our best to describe every product accurately, including contents, format and sizes. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen or printer.
Liability. Products are provided “as is” for personal organization and planning. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shweta Design Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
